My mother recently went on a trip to India and I insisted that she take travel insurance before she go. The biggest concern of going into any country that is foreign to your own is that the people of the other country will know that you are not from there and will be inclined to take advantage. It is the same story you hear all the time but at least you know that you are safe with the travelers insurance.
