A New Plan
So I have been in this rut for a month now. Its been difficult to get setup with a diet that works for me. Sure, i do it for like two or three weeks but it is so difficult to continue with it because the work that it requires. I do work out on a regular basis but the quickest weight loss I saw was when I was on a good diet AND working out. So, I have decided to start using lipovox. I heard its an awesome product and I have been told that it works wonders for people who cannot diet on a regular basis. I shall see how it works for me post haste.
