Sony Says PS3 Firmware Upgrade Will Boost Blu-ray Interactivity
According to sources, the PS3 is about to get a firmware upgrade. The upgrade was also set so that the new 100 gig Blu-Ray disks can be played. The update, according to Sony, will also increase the interactivity within the video. The system update as many speculate will provide the currently disabled 1:1 picture in picture playback to the upgraded PS3’s. The new movies such as Hairspray and Rush Hour 3 will require the upgrades to include 1:1 playback. It should be a good update including some updates on video games as well. Lets see what will come out when it does drop.
