PS3 Firmware 2.10
Here is more information about the new PS3 patch. I tested a few Divx files and I can happy state that they work great! They are super clear and I think they output better than my dvd player. The new support also provides support for VC-1 playback. That also works fine on the PS3. Here is some info that some people don’t know: The ps3 now supports version 1.1 version of bluray disks. What that means is still to be determined but I know that more and more companies are adding media to the new dual layer blu ray disks!
