Is Square Enix Crazy?
I think that they might be. According to sources, Square Enix is telling Sony to get their marketing strategy up and running. I don’t know much about marketing but I do know that Square Enix is telling the guerrilla in the room to make sure it lifts enough. Apparently Square is a bit slow and doesn’t realize that the big guerilla can lift a couple of thousand pounds but keeps it smart. Lets be honest, Sony had the same concern with people last year when they “hailed the failure of PS2″ but Sony came back and dismembered the competition. I think that they know what they are doing and Square should keep making its phenomenal RPG’s. DO what you know best and stop critiquing others who have been doing what they need to. They stated that people don’t know what they PS3 is. I don’t recall the last time the PS3 had a commercial about its use. I think that in general the games and word of mouth sells the console. lets go ahead and build the games like we do and us consumers will make sure to talk about it Enix!
