In Game Music Confirmed?

It looks like the PSN blog has issued a relatively large piece of juicy information that you will be able to play your own personal tracks and in game music for High Velocity Bowling.  Okay, i know what your saying.  Who will play HVB?  Probably very few unless they like their music so much they rather play a bowling game and listen to their fantastic music.  I am not sure but it seems to me that games DO have the ability to access the hard drive directly and therefore can pull the music from the hard drive.  This makes me think that the previous game developers were pretty lazy for not doing so.  I mean really, if other games put in time into the development of games (as they SHOULD!), then we wouldn’t have HVB as the first game which has the ability to do so.  I am just finding that developers are not reading the tutorial guides on how to program for the PS3 and using the defaulted and somewhat crappy compiler.
