They have cornered the market for the bluray drive and, frankly, have done an excellent job of it. I recently went ahead and got a netflix subscription last week so that I could use the PS3 more extensively. I wish they would get the netflix app that the xbox 360 got but we will see where that goes. If not, there will be SOMEONE who will be able to stream it to my PS3 and thats fine too.

I tried the service this weekend and here is my suggestion. It seems as though the video service is on the same servers as the games. I came to this conclusion because I stopped a game download and started the video service and it downloaded with the same stream which is not good. I was only using about 1/2 of my bandwidth and the movie skipped and stopped 4 times. Granted, that’s not bad considering its a hour an a half movie. Then, I tried a HD video and that was insane. That took much longer and I could not stream it. My verdict…PS3 needs a netflix add on as well.

OR skip to the last 5 minutes and check out this new game called MAG. Its by Zipper and it looks amazing! Its a huge game that is built around large scale war. its awesome. let me know what you guys think. I personally think its going to rock hard once it drops. Its the most promising Muliti player game to date.

Granted, the fix for them isn’t probably that much but the fact that they will do it for free says a lot about Sony. Good for Sony! Now I am just rocking back and forth waiting for Home to come……home!

I downloaded it, installed it, and you really can go into the XMB in game. its sweet. I just wish now game developers come out with patches quickly to play music in game. its still only allowed on certain games. Which makes me slightly upset but I can understand how it can affect game play. Check it hizout!

That’s right people! Not only do they have a sale going on, they even have electronics and game equipment us game nuts just love. I did my research and here is what I came up with that I KNOW us gamers need. I was looking for a blue tooth headset but I did not want to spend all kinds of money on it. I am trying to stretch that check from the government a little farther. They have an awesome two piece deal on Nolan Mini blue tooth headsets for the great price of 20$….yes, that’s for two!! . As a nerdy tech or gamer I know you look at reviews too. Out of 5 stars it got 4 stars. It’s an awesome deal.
The second sick deal was a 300 Powerline HD Ethernet Adapter. Here is why it is so required for anyone gaming over wifi. I used to game over wifi so I know that your latency SUCKS! It does, don’t try to hide your shame. You shoot people and….you shoot them again…and again….and find out 3 seconds later that you died. HA! That’s because of latency. The Ethernet adapter omits the latency because it goes through your existing power line in your house…wires= MUCH less latency. I know all this because I have them in my own house. I just finished MGS 4 and, even through the ending was long, man was it good! It was a astounding 10/10 and I would even give it a 10.1/10. YES! I will give it more than 100 percent good sir! Its that good. I still haven’t finished up GTA 4 but I plan to do so ASAP. I am almost done with it but not quiet. I think I find it so difficult to go back to it after the MGS mindset.

I thought the visuals were stunning and the game play was very fluid. There was very little lag considering it was a beta version of the game. The weapons can be customized to your liking and it really gives it that gun feel of rainbow six. Socom enthusiasts will NOT be disappointed.
